During the residency "Art House Holland" by PAC (Leiderdorp, The Netherlands) in February 2020, Laurine WAGNER mainly developed her project Fugitive World (2019-2020) but she also designed other works such as Seawater.

During the storms Ciara and Dennis, a poem was born as a result of the artist's feelings. Living in this particular meteorological atmosphere, she transformed this poem into a sound montage to capture unique moments and retranscribe them while being impregnated by the nature and solitude of the place. Between retreating and taking a step back from this turbulent nature, this poem, which has now become sound, is accompanied by various recordings of storm fragments (wind, rain), multiple sounds or vocalizations. This sound montage is thus an invitation to drift towards another imaginary world.
