We are here and there at the same time.
We are here and there without being so.
Between body and mind, we can find ourselves in a transitional state where we can be physically present but mentally absent. This research revolves around a visual, spatial and personal feeling about my new Parisian life as someone from Strasbourg. Between Paris and Strasbourg, two worlds and landscapes are superimposed, opposed and assembled in a contrasting room. Whispered poems and memories surge under the form of energy wavebands or subliminal flashes. The immersion into intimacy is turned into a common, spatialized, distorted intimacy, which leads to a loss of bearings and thus urges to introspection and the discovery of one’s own imagination.
