Impulses urge us to act or react. This experimental work consists in the restitution of a performance that I organized with participants in my former studio apartment. The goal was to use contemporary dance and improvisation as means of expression, of mental awareness, which simultaneously connect our thoughts and our body: our experience, our travels and our moves since our childhood. Videography or photography capture the present moment of life and the power of the body in a body and soul healing process.
A sound poem invites viewers to wander through the exhibition space while being able to consult individual videos of people dancing, as well as their interview, which is a trace of a feedback experience during the performance.
From movement to speech, a reflection on the concepts of care and dance therapy makes it possible to exteriorize and free oneself from traumas.
